To celebrate National Trails Day, our community held a "Poker Hike" at one of the community trails last weekend. I decided to go - Greg was having car trouble and had to take his car to the shop. It was a short, 2-mile hike and you collect playing cards at 7 stations along the hike. At the end you make your best 5-card poker hand. The prize for the best hand was dinner at a local restaurant. It was a fun, quick hike and I was home within an hour. The trail wraps around our neighborhood so it was just a short walk from the house to the starting line.
My hand after passing station 6.
GET OUTSIDE AND PLAY!!!
